Here's how it's going to shake out:
Schedule:
Thursday April 24th - Thursday May one = "negotiation/tampering" period
Saturday May 3rd - Rounds 1-3 NOON EDT
Sunday May 4th - Rounds 4-7 NOON EDT
Rules (draft broad):
1. The 1st circular aspiration be timed at five minutes, Rounds 2-4 at three minutes, and Rounds 5-7 at two minutes
